WORKSITE: Adair County Clinic

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services

DEGREE/CREDENTIAL: High School/GED with 1 year experience working with individuals who receive services for primary mental health disorder and one of these co-occurring disorders; substance abuse, IDD, or physical health disorder.

TYPE: Regular Full-Time

SKILLS: Works directly with case managers and assists in the delivery of case management services, monitor and coordinate consumer’s progress, and provide transport to clients to required appointments
