Title:  Autism Clinic Director

Location:  Kentucky River Community Care

Employment type:  Regular Full-Time

Credentials required:  LPCC-S, LCADC, LPP

Special skills/knowledge required:  should have at least 5+ years of experience working with programs serving individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders. Experience working with clients with autism preferred.

Primary functions:

  • Provide direct supervisory responsibilities for Autism Clinic services as assigned including ensuring adequate staffing.
  • Serve as liaison between Autism Clinic and referral sources (within & outside Agency).
  • Ensure compliance with agency regulatory and budget requirements regarding Autism Clinic services.
  • Ensure quality assurance and training of staff including orientation, training and evaluating performance as well as ensuring disciplinary/corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure proper utilization of staff including direct time requirements, scheduling and caseloads.
  • Collaborate with other children and family services supervisors to achieve proper utilization of Autism Clinic services.
  • Provide p/t direct therapeutic services for the Autism Clinic.
  • Work with Management to ensure staff have resources as necessary and appropriate to ensure success of program
  • p/t direct time responsibility; Supervises Providers (clinicians, CSAs, etc.)
