WORKSITE:  Pulaski Clinic

DEPARTMENT:  Clinical Services

DEGREE/CREDENTIAL:  Bachelors in Human Services or related field + 1 year post degree experience with the severely mentally ill adult population.

TYPE:  Regular Full-Time

SKILLS:  Assessment; care and service plan development; coordination of services, follow up.
