TCM Case Management – CORE
This training program has been approved by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental, and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID). The program consists of 12 hours of core curriculum training, and six-hour curriculum training covering the components of Severe Emotional Disability (SED), severe mental Illness (SMI), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Co-occurring Chronic or Physical Health Conditions.
Training is $ 200 USD – Please use the link below to register and pay for the training. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Space is Limited and the calendar is subject to change.
Certificates are provided upon training completion. There is a $25 fee to obtain a replacement certificate later.
