As part of a rewarding career, Go-Hire offers its regular, full-time employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Below we have provided basic information on compensation, health, retirement benefits, and more!


Upon employment in regular full-time status, employees are entitled to Paid Time Off. Employees accrue PTO at a rate that varies based on service time with the agency and professional status. The specific accrual rates and requirements for PTO use are specified in the Employee Handbook.
Regular full-time employees receive up to three (3) days of Other Paid Leave to attend to funeral arrangements and family concerns when death occurs for any of the following relatives: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, stepchild, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or significant other living in the immediate household.
The following days are observed as paid holidays for regular full-time staff: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, day before Christmas Day, and Christmas Day. If worked, holidays may be taken within 30 days of the actual day.
Full-time employees participate in a Group Health Insurance Program through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Two different plan options are available. Level and cost of coverage varies with each plan type. (Coverage effective date in accordance with plan specifications: 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.)
Full-time employees have the option to purchase dental insurance through our group dental insurance program with Delta Dental. Cost of coverage varies with level chosen (i.e., single, couple, family, and Plan Option selected).
All regular full-time employees have the option to purchase supplemental insurance products. Premiums can be paid with pre-tax payroll deduction.
Full-time employees are provided Life Insurance in the amount of $40,000 for Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to the employee. Additionally, an optional life insurance is offered based on age and wages earned with coverage available for spouse and eligible dependents. Coverage is portable and convertible when employment ends.
All employees are eligible to participate in Go-Hire’s retirement program after 90 days of employment. Go-Hire provides a matching contribution of up to 3%.

Leaves of absence for pregnancy/maternity are treated as PTO and all PTO policies and procedures apply. Accumulated PTO may be used for absences due to pregnancy and childbirth regardless of length of service with the center. This leave would also apply to all other qualified leave as defined by the Family Medical Leave Act. Once accumulated PTO is exhausted, leave without pay may be used. All employees who have been employed at least one year and have worked at least 1,250 hours within the previous twelve-month period are eligible for family and medical leave.
Employees who are experiencing family and marital problems, emotional distress, or problems with alcohol or drugs may utilize services available through the EAP.
Wellness education is periodically provided to employees.
Go-Hire matches Social Security/Medicare contributions in accordance with the legal statute.
All professional staff are provided with premium paid professional liability insurance to cover the work performed during their course of employment with Go-Hire.
Workers’ compensation insurance is provided to all employees of Go-Hire.
