Our employment agency is more than just a place that finds someone a job and recruits employees for a company – we are a valuable resource! Go-Hire provides training services by skilled, certified, professional trainers. Training can be conducted at our facilities or at your worksite/company facility. Prices are contingent on location and group size. Our training services include:

    If you need training in CPR for an OSHA-mandated job requirement, Go-Hire can help make sure you get the very best instruction and preparation by offering courses through the Red Cross and the American Heart Association.

    CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

    With a focus on prevention, the core training program from CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) equips staff with proven strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile, or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage.

    Go-Hire can train your staff to build excellent supervisory skills, helping them manage people more effectively so that your organization can succeed even in challenging economic times.

    Targeted Case Management

    This training program has been approved by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID). The program consists of 12 hours of core curriculum training, and six-hour curriculum trainings covering the components of Severe Emotional Disability (SED), Severe Mental Illness (SMI), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Co-occurring Chronic or Physical Health Condition.

    Community Support Associate (CSA) Certification

    Approved by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID), the training covers five areas of focus: principles of recovery and resilience, principles of psychiatric rehabilitation, effective listening and communication skills, diagnosis and medication management of mental health disorders or co-occurring disorders, and crisis coping skills.

    Assessing & Managing Suicide Risk

    The training curriculum has been designated by the Suicide Prevention Resource Center and meets the requirements outlined in KRS 210.366. CEU is approved by the National Association of Social Workers and the American Psychological Association (6.5 CEUs).
